Hi there!
Please help me make a difference and support my fundraising efforts for Fred's Place at Tweed Heads, NSW.
Fred’s Place is an intervention and prevention support service that assists people in the Tweed community who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Fred’s Place offers support services that aim to rebuild lives, improve health and wellbeing, reduce social isolation and work towards inclusion and involvement in community activities.
In the last 12 months Fred’s Place has helped 11,894 people. They housed 272 people, provided case management support to 462 people and 11,160 people utilised their laundry, meal and shower services. St Vincent de Paul 100% funds Fred’s Place.
